Order Cancellation
Cancel Before Approval:-

You can cancel your order before it gets approved by reaching out to our support team. Once approved, cancellations may not be possible.

Cancellation by SSPAY:-

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to payment issues, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If that happens, you’ll be notified immediately, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is successful, refunds will be processed within 10 working days and credited back via the original payment method.

Refund Policy:-

Received a Damaged or Defective Product? No worries! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Wrong Item Delivered? If you received something different from what you ordered, let us know—we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange.

Processing Time:-

For eligible refund cases, once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10-12 working days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
